No gateway, no cut
No money passes through Ocatlo, so there is no gateway and nothing is deducted. You settle with your customer as you always have, and your staff record by hand what has been paid.
Live order tracking
Every order moves through seven statuses, from Placed to Completed. Your customer can follow it with the order reference and their phone number, signed in or not.
Built for your whole team
Owner and staff accounts, with products, categories and pricing given to a staff member only if you grant it. Every order, status change and payment record says who did it and when.

You tell us your shop name and your details; we create the store and hand you the owner link that sets your password.
You list your products
Categories, products, photos, options and prices — typed once in your portal and live on your shop the moment you save.
Orders reach you
A customer orders on your site or a staff member types one at the counter. Either way it lands in the same list, ready to prepare, print and send.

The order list is where a shop actually runs: search, filter, open an order, change its status, record a payment, print the sheets.

Search by reference, customer name or phone; filter by status, by who took the order and by date; sort and page, with everything kept in the address so you can come back to it.

Items, customer, address, the whole status history, the statuses you may move to next, and a shipment form for the carrier and tracking number.
The payment record
Unpaid, Partially paid, Paid or Refunded, with the amount, the method, a reference and an internal note. Every change is kept, and the balance is shown against the order.
The prints
The full order sheet, the packing sheet without customer details and the parcel label on A6, A5 or A4 — each one openable as a page or downloadable as a PDF.
Thirteen looks, one of them yours
Your shop is drawn in a theme chosen for you: Classic, Fresh, Boutique, Bold, Minimal, Deepavali Night, Aurora, Neon, Peacock, Rangoli, Holi, Candy Pop, Marigold Sunset. Colours, type, corners, the header, the product cards, the section titles and the page behind them change with it, and a few themes move gently; nothing else does.

Your staff move an order along one step at a time, and your customer watches the same order move. Nobody has to be told twice.

The counter is part of it
Not every order arrives online. Your staff can type one at the counter, find a product by its short code, add options and quantities, take the customer’s details and say whether it is delivered or collected — and take the payment there and then if the customer pays on the spot.

One discount per order
A percentage or a flat amount off the order, over and above whatever is already off each item, with an internal reason. It shows on the order, the print, the email and the customer’s own page.

Paper your shop already uses
Three print formats on the paper sizes you have: the complete order on A4, the packing sheet with no customer details and no money on it at all, and the parcel address label on A6, A5 or A4. Each opens in a tab with the print dialog ready, or downloads as a PDF.
The label carries COLLECT with the balance, or PAID.

Your whole team, each with their own view
You see the day’s money; a staff member sees the work. Beyond orders, what they may change is three switches, and you tell us which.

English or Tamil, all the way through
Your shop is set to one language, and that is what its site, its paper and its emails are written in. A shopper can switch the site for themselves, and each of your staff can read the portal in their own — so you can work in English while a staff member works in Tamil in the same shop.
Your own words — product names, descriptions, addresses, remarks — are shown exactly as you typed them, never translated.

Your shop answers on your own domain name, and its HTTPS certificate is issued and renewed without anybody asking for one.

Email that comes from your shop
Your shop sends through its own mailbox, so a customer replies to you and not to us. Which emails go out is yours to choose, one by one.

Your customer is never left guessing
An order moves from Placed through Confirmed, Being prepared, Ready, Shipped and Completed — or Cancelled. A signed-in customer sees it under My orders; a guest tracks it with the order reference and the phone they gave, which shows only their first name, city and a masked PIN code. Your shop’s own mailbox sends the emails.

Nothing is taken from your sales
Ocatlo does not collect money. There is no payment gateway to sign up to, no settlement to wait for and no percentage to lose. Your staff mark an order paid, part paid or refunded by hand, and the record is yours.

Questions shop owners ask
Do I need a website already?
No. Your shop site is part of Ocatlo. If you own a domain name we point it at your shop and it gets its HTTPS certificate automatically; if you do not, we can put your shop on an ocatlo.com address for you.
How do customers pay?
However they pay you today — cash, UPI, bank transfer, card, cheque. No money goes through Ocatlo. Your staff record what came in, by which method, against the order.
Can my staff use it without seeing everything?
Yes. A staff account handles orders by default. Products, categories and pricing are separate permissions you grant one by one, and order value, reports and staff management stay with the owner.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes — your shop site and the portal both. The order list, the order screen and the counter order screen are all usable on a phone.
Can I take orders at the counter too?
Yes. Staff type an order in the portal with the same prices as the site, search products by title or by their counter short code, and choose delivery or collection at the shop.
Is it in Tamil?
Yes. Your shop site, the portal, the printed sheets and the emails are all written in Tamil when your shop is set to Tamil. Your own product names and your customers’ addresses are always shown exactly as typed.
Can I sign up myself?
Not today. Our team creates your shop and hands you the owner link, so a shop is never half set up. Ask for a demo and we will do it with you.
