The shop website, the order list, the prints and the controls your team works with.
Your shop on the web
A shop site of your own: the listing with categories, search and sort, a product page with its photos, descriptions and options, a cart that re-prices itself every time it is opened, and checkout without a payment step.
- Your name, logo, favicon and contact details in the header and footer.
- Customers can sign in, or order as a guest and create an account afterwards.
- Every order gets an Order Reference ID the customer can copy and quote.
Every order in one list
Orders from the site and orders typed at the counter arrive in the same place, with the filters you need to find one while a customer is on the phone.
- Search by reference, customer name or phone; filter by status, source, who took it and a date range.
- Sort by date or status, page through the results, and keep it all in the address to come back to.
- Open an order for its items, customer, address, status history and the next statuses you may set.
Orders taken at the counter
A staff member types an order in the portal with the same catalog and the same prices as the site, and it becomes an ordinary order.
- Find a product by title or type its short code in full to pick it outright.
- Delivery or collection at the shop — a pickup asks for no address and prints no parcel label.
- One discount per order: a percentage or a flat amount, with an internal reason, on any order that is not yet completed or cancelled.
Who has paid, and how much
No money moves through Ocatlo, so the record is made by hand — and it is a proper record, not a tick box.
- Unpaid, Partially paid, Paid or Refunded, with the amount received, the method, a reference and an internal note.
- Every change is kept in the order’s payment history, and a payment can be recorded after completion or after a cancellation.
- Your customers see the status and what is due, never the method, the reference or your note — and that can be switched off for your shop.
The paper your shop runs on
Three formats, each on the paper you already have, each openable as a page with the print dialog ready or downloadable as a PDF.
- The complete order on A4, with your shop’s name and logo.
- The packing sheet: the items without the customer’s details and with no money on it at all.
- The parcel address label on A6, A5 or A4, with a COLLECT or PAID mark and as many copies as you need.
Your whole team, and a record of it
Owner and staff accounts, each with its own sign-in, and what a staff member may reach is yours to decide.
- Create a staff account and the set-password link is emailed and shown to you once.
- Products, categories and pricing are permissions granted one by one; order value, reports and staff management stay with the owner.
- Deactivate an account and its sessions end at once. Every order, status change, shipment and payment says who did it and when.
Numbers you can act on
The dashboard answers what today looks like; the reports answer what the month looked like.
- Order counts in total, by status, by source, by staff member and for today, over any date range in your own timezone.
- Order value excluding cancelled orders, and what has been received against what is outstanding.
- Reports by date, status, staff, source, product and category, shown a page at a time or downloaded as CSV.
Your address, your look, your language
The things that make the shop yours are settings, not a rebuild.
- Add your own domain, copy the two DNS records it shows you, and the certificate is issued on the first visit.
- One of thirteen themes — Classic, Fresh, Boutique, Bold, Minimal, Deepavali Night, Aurora, Neon, Peacock, Rangoli, Holi, Candy Pop, Marigold Sunset — chosen for your shop, with a preview drawn in your own name and logo.
- English or Tamil for the shop, and each of your team reading the portal in their own.
