Who we are
Ocatlo is order taking software for crackers shops, run by the company named below. If you have a question about anything on this page, write to us at the address at the foot of it.
What this website collects
Nothing, until you send it. These pages carry no analytics, no advertising and no third-party script of any kind, and they set no cookie. Your language is in the address of the page you are reading, not in anything stored on your device.
If you ask for a demo
The demo form asks for your name, your shop’s name, your phone number, your town, the language you would rather we spoke and anything else you want to tell us. We keep it so we can call you back, and we email it to our own team. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing to a number that asked for a demo.
If your shop uses Ocatlo
Your shop’s data — your products, your orders, your customers, your staff accounts — is yours. We hold it to run the software for you and reach it only to keep the service working or when you ask us to. Your shop’s emails are sent from your shop’s own mailbox.
If you ordered from a shop that uses Ocatlo
The shop you ordered from decides what happens to your details; we only hold them on that shop’s behalf. Ask the shop to change or remove them and they can do it from their own screens. Tracking an order without signing in shows only a first name, a town and a partly hidden PIN code, so a reference alone tells a stranger nothing.
How it is kept
Every shop’s data is separated from every other shop’s in the database itself. Passwords are stored hashed, sessions belong to one address, and every change to an order, a payment or a staff account is written to an audit trail.

If we change how any of this works we will change this page with it, and the date at the top will say when.
